CHRISTIANWEDDING VENDOR

Referral Program Terms

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These Referral Program Terms are part of the Vendor Listing Agreement between you and LaVilla Holdings LLC, doing business as Christian Wedding Vendor ("CWV"). They explain how you earn commissions by referring other wedding vendors to CWV.

1. Who can refer

Any vendor with an approved, active listing in good standing can take part, including founding vendors. Your personal referral link is in your dashboard.

2. What counts as a referral

A referral counts when a vendor:

  1. starts signup through your referral link;
  2. is new to CWV and has never had a CWV listing;
  3. is not you, your business, a business you own or control, or someone acting on your behalf; and
  4. has their listing approved.

If a vendor doesn't sign up through your link, the referral can't be added later.

3. What you earn

4. How you're paid

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions. CWV or Stripe may ask for tax information and issue tax forms, such as Form 1099, where required.

6. How to promote your link

You may share your link with vendors you know, in your own posts, emails, and conversations, and in paid ads on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Whenever you promote CWV with your link, clearly say that you earn a commission for referrals, as required by Federal Trade Commission rules. You may not:

7. Ending participation

8. Relationship

Taking part in the referral program doesn't make you CWV's employee, agent, or partner, and you have no authority to act or make promises on CWV's behalf.

9. Changes

CWV may change or end the referral program with at least 30 days' notice by email. Commissions earned before a change takes effect are paid under the terms in effect when they were earned.
