Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of christianweddingvendor.com and related services (the "Site"), operated by LaVilla Holdings LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Christian Wedding Vendor ("CWV," "we," "us"). By using the Site, sending an inquiry, or leaving a review, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Vendors who list on the Site also agree to the Vendor Listing Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. What CWV is, and what it isn't

• CWV is a directory that helps engaged couples find wedding vendors, see their prices, and contact them.
• CWV does not provide wedding services. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the vendor. We are not a party to it, and we are not responsible for a vendor's work, pricing, availability, conduct, or cancellations.
• Every vendor listing is reviewed by a person before it is published. A "Verified" badge means the vendor signed our faith affirmation and their listing was approved. A "Verified ✝" badge means the vendor also chose to share a faith statement that we reviewed. Badges are not a guarantee, endorsement, license check, or insurance check, and do not mean we have inspected the vendor's work.
• Prices on listings are provided by vendors. We require vendors to keep them current, but we do not guarantee them. Confirm final pricing directly with the vendor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site to send inquiries, leave reviews, or list a business.

4. Sending an inquiry

• When you send an inquiry, we send everything you enter (such as your names, email, phone number, wedding date, guest count, and message) to that vendor. The vendor may contact you directly using that information.
• You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are contacting the vendor about a genuine wedding or event.
• We screen inquiries automatically to stop spam and bots. We may block, delay, or decline to deliver any inquiry we reasonably believe is automated, abusive, or fraudulent.
• Optional photo. After sending, you may share a photo of yourselves with the vendor. Only upload a photo you have the right to share, and only of people who agree to share it.
• Optional phone check. You may verify your phone number with a one-time text code to show the vendor a "Verified Couple" badge. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Reviews

• Only couples who sent an inquiry to a vendor through the Site may review that vendor. We email a review link after your wedding date.
• Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post reviews you were paid or offered anything to write, reviews of your own business or a competitor, or reviews about a vendor you did not contact or hire.
• We check reviews only for spam, abuse, threats, hateful content, private information, or illegal content. We do not remove or hide reviews because they are negative.
• A vendor chooses whether to display reviews. If they display them, all eligible reviews are shown, including reviews from Google; if not, none are shown.
• By posting a review, you grant CWV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on and in connection with the Site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send spam, fake inquiries, or messages unrelated to a genuine event;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site or collect information from it, except search engines following our robots file;
• harass, threaten, or discriminate against any vendor, couple, or person;
• post content that is false, misleading, infringing, obscene, or illegal;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your relationship with any person or business;
• interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to bypass our screening.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, logo, text, and software belong to CWV or its licensors. Vendor listings, photos, and descriptions belong to the vendors who provide them. You may use the Site for your own personal wedding planning only.

8. Third-party services

The Site links to vendors' websites and social media, and uses third-party services such as Google reviews. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CWV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY ABOUT ANY VENDOR OR ITS SERVICES.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CWV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH A VENDOR. CWV'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CWV from claims arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or remove content, if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Site, its users, or the public.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and CWV consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its date, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
